I made this spread to know the general overview of any situation and also in the hopes of using this in quick tarot reading sessions. It also offers insights about the person’s energy and what needs to change in relation to the different combinations of the card position.
Apart from answering the question per card, also pay attention to the dominant suit, repeating number, dominant colors, and stuff. Notice the position of the cards. Does the imagery in Card 1 face Card 2? I learned that in this way, the overall picture of Card 1-3, will offer another perspective about the situation.
Compare Card 1 (current energy) and Card 2 (real situation). Do they align? Is your energy matching the current situation? Is your energy facilitative or does it hinder the resolution to your current situation?
Compare Card 1 (current energy) and Card 3 (focus). Is your energy aligned with the area you need to focus on? Will your current energy contribute to the resolution of your problem or concern? If not, what can you do?
